A favourite with Noosa diners for half a decade, Piccolino is mixing it up with a concept change that is focussing on high-end Italian plates amplified by the finest local and Italian ingredients.

And what's elegant Italian food if it isn't served with a touch of European pizzazz? A summery bistro provides the perfect setting for such optimistic eats, welcoming diners in all their numbers to enjoy their indoor/outdoor restaurant. Where you can enjoy the welcome cool of the monochrome dining room whilst also experiencing all the comings and goings on the street outside, Piccolino recreates all the charm of the bustling Mediterranean bistros that make Italy so special.

So, whether you've taken your seat outside, inside or on the rooftop, prepare your tastebuds for aromatic flavours that will blow you away. To begin, take it slowly with deep-fried eggplant stuffed with creamy ricotta and Napoli sauce, buffalo mozzarella paired with Noosa's own juicy tomatoes or a plate of pork and beef meatballs that are nestled idly in a San Marzano tomato sauce.

As for mains, Piccolino is doing away with the predictable pizzas and focusing solely on fresh, handmade pasta. With such culinary expertise informing the menu, you'll find that family favourites like spaghetti bolognese and carbonara enjoy a whole new depth of flavour. For those who wish to enjoy some Frutti di mare (seafood), opt for linguine crowned with prawns, mussels and clams, and for vegetarians, homemade ravioli and sticky mushroom risotto await. Piccolino's new culinary direction will be the talk of the town!
