Founder Ash Chibba fell in love with food at an early age. After training as a chef, he travelled the world, and was inspired by the stunning street food of local cafes, cart stalls and street vendors.

Take your tastebuds on a journey to the bustling night markets of Taiwan, or hop over to New York Time Square for some classic American fare. Share starters of spiced fried chicken, slow-cooked braised beef tacos or vegetarian lasagne bites, before moving onto mains like the Gochujang pork belly burger, or the hot & spicy shallow-fried fish.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinning experience. The food, wine, service & atmosphere were all fantastic. We will definitely go back again soon.

Whilst this is not really a restaurant in the true sense of the word the atmosphere is pleasant and the food was served quickly with main course delivered as soon as starters were consumed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although there are only six main dishes at present we sampled three of them and we have no complaint at all. All main dishes are unique, original and tasty. You won't find fish of the day, steak in it's various cuts nor chicken parma here. 'Keep the menu simple and do it well" is what Ramsey always says. The location is tricky to find - it is set on the lowest level of Yagan square on the northern side, away from other eateries.

The food was absolutely delicious. We couldnt fault it. At first we thought that the main meals were a bit over priced but when we had them, they were delicious. Service was impeccable by staff, friendly joval, aim to please. Wish we lived closer so we could go regularly. If you work in the city this plade is a gem for after work drinks n casual dinner.

We really enjoyed our dinner, we got to try a few different things on the appetizers menu, the pork belly doughnuts were pretty delish! Quite a few interesting sounding options, a great place for a drink and some yummy food to share. Being pregnant I couldn’t try the cocktails but thankfully that had some nice non-alcoholic options.
Too full for dessert...next time...

The food that we had were good. We had pork belly donuts, waffle fries, calamari and fried mealworm and cricket. Mealworm and cricket are very crunchy, not as disgusting as I thought it would be. The calamari was good, they gave generous portion for this, we even had the small size. Love the pork belly donuts. Overall, the food was good :)

What a gem this place is. The service was great, the food was delicious. We had the lamb kebabs, spicy lentil and zucchini fritters followed by chow bow and the Mexican dish finishing with a dessert sharing plate. All the food was fresh and presentation was inviting. Perfect size portions, glad we tried this place as we will be back.

Funky little bar and eatery under the Horseshoe Bridge. Well priced drinks; food not as well priced by that's Perth for you. Some hits and misses on the menu - hits included the Chibba's Spicy Fried Chicken and Holy Chow roti (the cauliflower garnish could be spun off into a dish on its own. The Vegetarian Lasagne bites are exactly what it says on the packet - but the flouvours could have been punchier? The place needs to be a bit bolder with the seasonings and then would be great.
