Farro helps you make a conscious choice when enjoying your favourite Italian treats. Nutritiously rich pizzas and pastas define this modern approach to traditional cuisine.

Farro has created a contemporary space primed for relaxation and enjoyment. The Richmond location features communal dining with long booths and bistro tables to make sharing easier. Oversized lanterns, lush greenery and whitewashed walls create a revitalising atmosphere that hums with activity from noon until night.

The menu proves that conscious eating is delicious. Organic spelt pizzas are the highlight, topped with seasonal vegetables, locally sourced meats, creamy buffalo mozzarella and rich tomato sauce. White pizzas are also available for those who prefer the toppings to take centre stage.

The kitchen puts a unique spin on pasta using organic spelt. Fresh batches are prepared daily and paired with slow-cooked lamb ragu, truffle cream or housemade pistachio pesto. A comprehensive vegan menu ensures Farro remains a leader in making healthy Italian food accessible to everyone.
