In Melbourne’s CBD, Villas Restaurant & Bar charts a vibrant course through South India and Sri Lanka. This spirited, bar-led venue introduces a storied cuisine with a blend of warmth and precision.

The journey begins with the crunch of flaky samosas and the char of tandoor-smoked chicken tikka. Pani puri offers a sharp explosion of sweet, sour, and spicy. For a playful twist, the signature Villas Indian Nachos layers masala papdis with smoky tandoori chicken and fresh herbs, perfect for sharing.

The mains offer a deep sense of comfort, from the silken richness of butter chicken to a fragrant homestyle curry. You can tailor your meal with rice, naan, or dosa. For a more traditional feast, pair your choice with two fresh Chennai parottas, dhal, vegetable kurma, and a crisp mixed salad.

Set to the animated clink of shakers and the hum of the city, the room invites lingering: first a pour, then a plate, and always an easy welcome. Settle in, follow the spice, and let the evening pour itself. Reserve a spot, sip and savour, and catch the Villas vibes.
