Elevate your senses at The Q, Quincy Melbourne’s rooftop escape.

Perched on level 28, high above the hum of the CBD, this tucked-away gem pairs sweeping skyline views with unforgettable sunsets - an elevated backdrop to every plate. Once you’ve arrived, there’s a refreshment in hand. As the Melbourne skyline stretches out before you, the pace softens and conversation settles into its rhythm.

The menu leans into bright, contemporary flavours with a playful Southeast Asian influence, designed for sharing. You’ll find refined finger food like Sydney Rock oysters with sour plum dressing, or salt and pepper squid with fresh cucumber, chilli and lime - each bite balances freshness, heat and texture.

The beverage list is equal parts classic and creative, with timeless favourites and an easygoing selection of chilled options rounding out the offering.

Settle into cosy corners, indoors or out, and linger from golden hour into the night. Intimate, stylish and just a little elusive, The Q’s rooftop dining at its finest - where city lights and laid-back luxury meet.
