Set within Dorsett Melbourne in the heart of the CBD, Jin Bar is a moody and sophisticated spot where old-world glamour meets modern Melbourne. Inspired by the city’s 1850s gold rush, the space has a polished, intimate feel that makes it easy to settle in and stay a little longer.

The cocktails take centre stage, backed by an Asian-inspired menu designed to match. Try the Braised Angus Beef Brisket with baby broccolini and carrot, or the Thai Yellow Curry with Asian greens and steamed rice.

Whether you’re planning a relaxed dinner, catching up over cocktails or looking for somewhere to kick off a great night in the city, Jin Bar sets the mood for a memorable evening.
