dinner

Taco Bill - Lilydale brings a burst of colour and conviviality to Lilydale, where colourful Mexican hats, flavoursome refreshments and cheerful service set the tone for good times. It is the kind of place made for catch-ups and celebrations, with a lively hum from the dining room and plates that arrive brimming with bold, sun-bright flavours.

The kitchen leans into comforting favourites and crowd-pleasers. Think the baked Quesadilla Suprema, its frijoles and cheese tucked into a golden crust, or an Enchilada Grande rolled in corn tortillas and glossed with their signature enchilada sauce. To start, crispy, cream cheese-filled stuffed jalapeños with fresh house salsa bring a satisfying kick, while Nachos Supremos and popcorn prawns with chipotle aioli are made for sharing.

Taco lovers can switch between soft corn and classic crunch, from Street Style Tacos layered with options like chicken, carne colorado, vegan black beans, guacamole and fish to tried-and-true combinations such as Mexican Chicken or slow-cooked beef. Sizzling fajitas arrive with theatre, all onions and bell peppers, with Mexican rice and frijoles on the side. Little diners are looked after with the Niño Meal Deal or Niño Rice and Chicken, and desserts promise a sweet finale, from churros con chocolate to a creamy Tres Leches Cake.

Round up friends or family and make a date in Lilydale. The vibe is vibrant, the plates generous — come for the fiesta, stay for the smiles.
