Slices Doreen carries forward a three-decade family legacy with genuine warmth and unshowy confidence. Founded in 1990, the Slices story now spans Keilor, Caroline Springs, and Doreen, each venue bound by the same commitment to quality, flavour, and hospitality. It's a welcoming, family-orientated dining room made for memorable lunch get-togethers and easy, lingering meals.

The kitchen looks to Italy for inspiration, moving from generous sharing moments to time-honoured classics. Rustic bruschetta and abundant antipasto ease into comforting bowls of minestrone or lightly crisp salt and pepper calamari.

Moving into heartier options, choices range from silky carbonara to oven-baked lasagne, while bright Sicilian and Tuscan salads bring vibrant balance to the table. Locally sourced meats and premium seafood underscore a menu designed for midday conversation and conviviality.

Warm and inviting by design, the venue is ideal for celebratory meals, afternoon catch-ups, and everything in between. With catering know-how and flexible group spaces, the team makes daytime gatherings feel effortless, remaining attentive to specific dietary needs so everyone feels at home. Set a date, bring your appetite, and let Slices Doreen do what it does best - a slice of the good life awaits!
