Tucked in Carrum Downs, Dainton Carrum Downs is a social hub with the buzz of a venue in full flight. A mezzanine peers over the working space, while a breezy laneway and indoor spaces set the scene for relaxed sessions.

Polished yet playful, it’s the sort of place where stainless steel gleams, conversation hums and glasses clink.

In the kitchen, comfort meets craft. House-made pizzas range from Mush Love - garlic base, buffalo mozzarella, mushrooms and a touch of truffle - to the BBQ Meat Head, layered with pepperoni, ground beef, chicken and ham under a signature barbecue glaze. Burgers go big: The Easy Burger stacks chutney and Jungle Juice pickles over a patty, while Twist and Stout crowns its wagyu with bacon, an onion ring and house sauce. Sides are built for sharing, from mac and cheese bites with chipotle mayo to wings in honey, blood orange heat or lemon pepper.

At the bar, 18 different refreshments are on offer. The calendar leans lively, with regular live music and seasonal happenings that keep the neighbourhood on its toes.

Stay for the buzz and leave plotting your return. Gather the crew, claim a spot in the laneway or up on the mezzanine, and make a night of it - one slice at a time!
