A beautiful dining experience punctuated by all the majesty of Indian cuisine, Shiraz is one of those exceedingly special destinations that never does things by half measure.
They've gone for a rustic almost-European vibe at Shiraaz Brighton, keeping cosy corners and little nooks free for first dates and anyone who wants to natter in peace. Thanks to the skylights overhead, the small dining room is illuminated with natural light, bringing the giant maps of India to life on the walls. And, thanks to the luxury addition of golden tablecloths, gorgeous seating and an elegant staircase running up the side, Shiraaz Brighton is a romantic and intimate hideaway.
You will need a good 15 or 20 minutes to fully peruse the menu. Absolutely jam-packed with authentic Indian flavours that leaves no one behind, everything your heart desires is on that menu card. The meat and seafood curries are giving the likes of chicken labbabdar, Rajaji's goat curry, kadai prawn, lamb rogan josh and a range of kormas, palaks and vindaloos that can be enjoyed with lamb, chicken or halal beef.
At the same time, the Indian cuisine has made its name for the variety of vegetarian options it has to offer. All the same bold flavours surface with squidgy paneer being submerged in masala, butter masala and kadai gravies. And whilst those bubbles away to really intensify the spices, the tandoor is busy with some cheese, keema and garlic naans. Like we said, Shiraaz is leaving no one behind.
