Mains showcase the best of Australian land and sea, from MBS 7+ wagyu scotch fillet and Geelong lamb rump to Goulburn Valley rainbow trout with caviar beurre blanc, before finishing on indulgent desserts like burnt Basque cheesecake or summer fruit meringue.
