Lulu's Social brings a vibrant Tex-Mex flair to Ascot Vale, serving up an easy-going mix of smoky aromas, bright salsas and refreshing sips. The drinks list is a crowd-pleaser - vibrant mocktails, house-made lemonades, craft sodas and zero-proof creations set the tone for leisurely catch-ups and lively celebrations.

In the kitchen, familiar favourites are given a fresh, unfussy touch. Think tacos dorados, those golden, potato-and-cheese fried pockets finished with lettuce, onion, coriander, salsa and crema, or elote corn ribs dusted with Cotija and Tajin for a salty, tangy kick.

Street tacos take centre stage, with smoked brisket layered over fire-roasted salsa, pickled escabeche, coriander, onion and queso. In contrast, smoked carnitas arrive rich with orange-and-spice, lifted by avocado salsa. Keep the momentum going with fresh guacamole and an extra hit of smoky salsa on the side.

If you a keen on cocktails, Lulu's has the biggest list of the best unique cocktails in town. Try some of their signature drinks such as a Pink Apple & Grapefruit Gin Fizz or a Blood Orange Margarita or Mango & Habanero Whiskey Sour or a Dirty Chai Espresso Martini. For the less adventurous, there are plenty of beers and cider on tap and a great wine selection.

Even the little ones are looked after, with comforting choices like beef tacos with cheese and salsa or a smash burger with cheese and fries.

The mood is social by design, from a cosy, dog-friendly courtyard to spaces that welcome birthday dinners, hens, engagement parties and private dining.

Gather your favourites, order a spread and settle in - Lulu's Social is where conversations linger, plates are shared and good times have a habit of showing up!
