Set in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Waves Buffet Restaurant brings a contemporary ease to the timeless pleasure of dining well.

The room hums with warmth and effortless hospitality. Casual, comfortable and quietly cosmopolitan, it invites diners to wander, discover and return for more.

At the interactive cooking stations, platters of fresh prawns and Pacific oysters nod to the coast, while the carvery serves crackling roasted pork loin. Whole baked barramundi anchors the line-up - a delicate centrepiece celebrating fresh produce and simple technique.

Across the rest of the buffet, plates carry a vibrant global rhythm - from panko-crumbed seafood to rich Indian curries with traditional accompaniments. Grazers can curate a cured-meat charcuterie selection or build a Caesar salad with all the classic trimmings.

Sweet tooths are rewarded with a cascading chocolate fountain alongside the chef's selection of sweet treats, while a seasonal fruit display offers a lighter finish.

Book a table now and let the evening flow - at Waves, the only challenge is resisting the urge to go back for seconds!
