The biggest teppanyaki restaurant in Australia, with a prime location in the heart of the Gold Coast…

Located in the Surfer’s Paradise Marriott Resort, this stylish spot is always filled with the delicious scent of grilling meat and sound of diners applauding the talented team’s teppanyaki tricks. Head chef Henry Bongay has a flair for entertaining and turns the restaurant into a stage with every service.

The menu includes all your Japanese favourites such as freshly made sushi and sashimi, crispy tempura, sharing bites including fresh oysters with yuzu sauce, and of course, teppanyaki banquets. Choose from a huge selection of quality proteins, like wagyu beef, lobster tail, pork and chicken, all served with cleansing miso soup.

The Japanese theme continues with a broad selection of sake and oriental-inspired cocktails. Ours is a lychee passion if you’re buying….

With the high energy in the dining room and such memorable food, every meal feels like a special occasion at Misono!
