Hidden among the bright lights and bustling streets, Angelo's Crush brings a true taste of Italy to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The veteran pizzaiolos take centre stage behind the open kitchen, expertly tossing dough and creating a plethora of vibrant flavours for the ever-hungry crowd. From the classic Margherita to more inventive Rossa and Bianca pizzas, no two whetted appetites will leave disappointed. As the focal point of the restaurant, the pizza menu steals the show. Favourites include the Truffle pizza, Black truffle sauce with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, smoked ham and fresh mushrooms, and the restaurant's twist on the traditional Meat Lover pizza.

From Thin and Crispy to Classic and Folded, the dough is hand-pulled and worked and left to sit for 48 hours, ensuring a light and fluffy centrepiece every time. The pasta menu is a close second. Rigatoni Amatriciana with smoked pancetta, onion and chilli competes with Linguini Bolognese cooked in rich beef ragu for Italy's unrivalled culinary crown. Portions are large and suitable for sharing, encouraging a lively and sociable dining experience.

Crisp white walls with accents of rustic decor give a streamlined Italian chic to the restaurant, with ample al fresco seating for those who need their fix of people watching. Surrounded by the buzzing nightlife that comes with Surfers Paradise, Angelo's Crush is the perfect taste bud pitstop.

Given access to exemplary ingredients and keeping with traditional traditions, Angelo's Crush guarantees a delicious taste of Italy in an unforgettable atmosphere. Unfortunately, they can't guarantee the weather.
