Charlie’s of Darwin sits in the heart of the CBD as a vibrant celebration of the Northern Territory. Home to Darwin Distilling Co., founded by Bec to craft gin from native botanicals and local ingredients, Charlie’s was recently awarded the 2026 Hospitality NT Gold Plate Award for Local Produce Champion.

House-distilled spirits feature Kakadu plum and native lemongrass, while the food menu showcases the best of the region's land and sea. The dishes highlight a tropical climate and a diverse landscape. Freshly baked focaccia arrives warm, paired with seasonal butter or saltbush dukkah and olive oil.
