Spicy Bite brings the vibrant spice trail of the subcontinent to Edge Hill with cooking that fuses charcoal, heat, and fragrant aromatics into something joyfully moreish.

The tandoor sets the tone, sending out smoke-kissed starters like paneer tikka and chicken tikka, while the chaat counter spirit comes alive through the bright, tangy flavours of tandoori murgh chaat and aloo tikki chaat.

A nod to Indo‑Chinese comfort is found in the punchy textures and savoury gloss of veg manchurian and paneer chilli. From there, the menu travels from the coast with fish Madras and prawn kadai to the deeper, traditional embrace of chicken rogan and goat vindaloo. Layered prawn biryani and chicken biryani deliver spice and perfume by the spoonful. Every meal is complemented by soft garlic naan and gently spiced jeera rice, perfect for capturing every drop of sauce.

House signatures make a compelling case for indulgence, whether it’s the seafood combo, Madras, or a hearty lamb chop masala, finished with mint and rice for good measure.

The mood is warm, convivial, and unpretentious - the sort of place where sharing comes naturally and the aromatics do the introductions. For a meal that travels through heat, tang, and comfort in equal measure - Spicy Bite is ready when you are. Pull up a chair, bring your appetite, and take a spicy bite!
