Welcome to Fig Restaurant & Beer Garden at the Waterloo Bay Hotel in sunny Brisbane – where every meal is a delightful adventure!

The menu at Fig is a colourful journey you won't want to miss. Start your feast with the classic garlic bread – and why not add some cheese, bacon, or chorizo for an extra twist of flavour?

For those craving the taste of the sea, the Salt & Pepper Calamari awaits. This gluten-free delight comes with tartare sauce, a crisp salad, fresh lemon, and delicate micro herbs, creating a sensation of seaside dining right at your table. If you're a fan of sliders, don't miss the pulled pork sliders – featuring succulent pulled pork, spiced pineapple, creamy aioli, and a smoky BBQ sauce. It's a trio of mini delights that will have your taste buds dancing.

Another must-try is the Burrata & Fresh Fig dish. The creaminess of burrata cheese paired with the sweetness of fresh figs, drizzled in truffle honey, and served with chargrilled bread. It's a delightful combination that'll leave you yearning for more.
For a taste of Asia, the yellow curry prawns are a true gem. Savour the delicate prawns in a rich yellow curry sauce, served with fluffy steamed rice and chargrilled broccolini. It's a flavour explosion that will transport your senses.

But that's not all! Fig also boasts a selection of mouthwatering pizzas, including the delectable Pesto Prawn pizza with its zesty pesto base, succulent prawns, and juicy cherry tomatoes. Pair it with a refreshing signature cocktail or a dessert of your choice.
