Nestled within The Charming Squire, The Squire's Steakhouse is an elegant dining room that has won over South Bank with its light, flavoursome plates designed to suit every appetite. Guests dine with front-row views of the open kitchen, where the theatre of cooking is as enticing as the dishes themselves.

The custom-made wood-fired grill and rotisserie take centre stage, delivering an abundance of fresh seafood and prime cuts. From ocean to paddock, the menu celebrates top-shelf produce, with highlights such as Wagyu strip loin MB 4–5, cooked over ironbark and charcoal, paired with roasted pumpkin, labneh, local honey, and pepitas.

There’s plenty more to explore across entrees and mains. Think seared scallops with pork belly, cauliflower, and caviar, or perhaps a hearty plate of gnocchi – a dish not to be overlooked. Those with a sweet tooth will be rewarded with the banoffee pie, layered with banana, cœur à la crème, honeycomb, and caramel.

Whether it’s a night out or a leisurely lunch, The Squire's Steakhouse sets the scene. It also doubles as a working James Squire brewery, where guests can watch the brewing in action and sample the craft beer range, all while enjoying a meal worth savouring.
