With a setting as opulent as the Emporium Hotel South Bank, you know that dining at Firma Italian is going to be a special experience. This is where you can indulge in the best Brisbane has to offer in one of the most beautiful settings in the city. Located on the first floor of the hotel, Firma Italian is as authentic as it gets. Rustic trattoria classics and the finest ingredients sourced from across Italy are at the heart of every dish here.

The menu represents the regions of Italy, from the simplest plate of pasta to the complexity of beef tartare and steaks. As with any Italian meal, it’s worth starting with small plates, with choices like the bruschetta on toasted sourdough bread, Prosciutto di Parma, mascarpone, gorgonzola and fresh fig or the Crocchè Napoletane, potato croquette, provola, pecorino, parsley, garlic mayonnaise . Special mention should also be given to the Potato Gnocchi Carbonara, pecorino, guanciale, egg yolk.

The dining room exudes modern elegance and luxury, blending contemporary design with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The space is anchored by a striking yellow ceiling feature that casts a soft golden glow, adding a touch of opulence and drama to the room. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels reveal lush greenery outside, creating a serene, almost tropical backdrop.

Pair your meal with a tipple from their carefully curated wine list. And then, end things on a high note, with their indulgent desserts – the Tiramisu al Tavolo is an outstanding choice.
