Elevated above the hum of Central Station, Bistro Suzette brings a touch of French elegance to the heart of Brisbane’s city centre. A refined destination for memorable occasions, the restaurant offers a sense of escape in the CBD, just moments from Anzac and Post Office Squares, yet worlds away from the city’s bustle.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Alexandre Goyard, the kitchen celebrates the artistry of classic French technique paired with an appreciation for Australia’s finest seasonal produce. The menu is a study in balance, precision and craft, with signatures such as the Soupe à l’oignon, a timeless French classic enriched with house-made beef bouillon and finished with an eight-month aged Comté A.O.P. gratin.

For the main course, the richness of French cuisine shines through a local lens, from pêche du jour accompanied by confit fennel, almond crumble and black garlic beurre blanc, to steak au poivre served with buttery mash, green beans and peppercorn jus.

For a sweet finale, a classic crème brûlée infused with QLD vanilla meets a chocolate macadamia biscuit that's both nostalgic and distinctly homegrown.

Whether marking a milestone or simply savouring the everyday, Bistro Suzette invites you to linger, indulge, and enjoy French dining with a Brisbane perspective. Reserve your table and let the city's energy fade into the background as every detail comes together - bon appétit!
