What a experience. The friendly service was so good . The food would have to be up there with some of the best restaurants in brisbane. Entrees can recommend the charred grilled octopus or the pork cheek and the presentation is amazing. Mains the pork duo was good and the lamb rump comes medium rear and melts in your mouth. What a great night out can't wait to go back.

Apron was a charming, elegant sophisticated dining experience.The staff offered exceptional service and made us feel welcome.The food was of great quality,fresh with a lot of detail going into the flavours made the dish outstanding.The emphasis on flavour made the meal very unique, I recommend barramundi and baby octopus they were delicious!

Wow! Food was excellent with service to match. We enjoyed out 15th wedding anniversary dinner at Apron restaurant. It began with easy parking, validated by the hotel as we dined. A warm and friendly welcome by the wait staff. Complementary warm sour dough with butter to start. We both enjoyed an exceptional rib on the bone with choice of sides and sauce. Loved this idea as you can tailor your meal to suit yourself. The green peppercorn sauce was outstanding! Wine was also delicious. We will definitely be back and will be taking others with us so they too can enjoy a wonderful dining experience!

Excellent. Every facet of this dining experience was excellent. The food was 5 star. The best Barramundi I've had in a few years. Oysters were plump and delicious both natural and Kilpatrick.
Apron is a hidden gem. I'd never even heard it until I saw it on First Table.
Special shout out to the service from Luca. He knew the menu well and we appreciated his recommendations.
We loved our experience so much we came back 2 nights later.
I will recommend Apron to everyone. I cant wait to go back.
Free parking underneath The Pullman Hotel. Get your parking ticket validated at reception, which you have to pass to enter Apron.

Beautifully presented food. They sourced a beer from elsewhere as it was on the menu but out of stock. Waiter provided colouring in pack for our daughter 3/4 of the way through the meal which was lovely but would of been more beneficial at the beginning to keep her distracted. Beautifully presented restaurant, wait staff very friendly. I had the lamb rack which was devine but on the verge of being extremely rare in cooking. Will definitely come back again.

Warm greeting on arrival, We were seated at a table of our choice.
Our waiter Jaune served us complementary sour dough bread with butter, the bread was hot like it just came out of the oven with a crusty edge. I looked at my husband and said “ this is going to be a great evening “.

We decided to choose from the a la carte menu
Starters , scollops and duck, mains trout and eye fillet and dessert pana cotta with ginger ice cream.
Ingredients were if high quality. Portion sizes were more than adequate.

Thank you Apron restaurant for a wonderful dining experience and thank you to the chefs who cooked for us.

Great location especially you're wanting a fine dining experience, minus the hassle of heading into the city.
The food was amazing. I am gluten free and dairy free and impeccable had great options for each course.
The service was great, can't fault it.
We'll definitely be back!

Luca is the friendliest server I've met in a long time. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations and joked around with us like old friends! His service made the night even more memorable!

Highly recommend the Barrumundi and the Alaska Bombe dessert! It's like a rainbow of flavours bursting out on my palate all at once! Amazing!

Each time I have dined at Apron I have been impressed. The food is without fault. The Barramundi is just beautiful. A quality restaurant hidden near the domestic airport. I will definitely be back.

I had the lamb and the chocolate foundant and they were both really delicious. The grilled barramundi was average. If you have the time, would recommend having lunch/dinner there before flying off.

My wife and I went to Apron for a long awaited date.
We were greeted by friendly and professional wait staff. The food was top notched, modern, and the presentation really topped the meal off as you could not help yourself by salivate as the plates arrived to your table.
Overall a very nice dining experience, would definitely come back.
