Shahi Aroma Indian Cuisine brings the breadth of India’s regional flavours to Thirroul, weaving the smoky theatre of the tandoor with the comfort of slow-simmered sauces. It is a kitchen led by spice and balance, where freshness and heat are handled with a confident, steady hand.

From the clay oven come favourites like haryali chicken tikka, herb-bright and gently charred, and tandoori chicken with that irresistible kiss of smoke. To start, spinach pakoda delivers a moreish crunch, while chill garlic prawns nod to coastal cravings with a garlicky kick. It is the kind of cooking that invites a second dip, a shared plate, another naan torn down the middle.

Curries travel across the map, from the rich depths of rogan josh to the Goan fire of vindaloo, each layered rather than loud. Hyderabadi biryani arrives fragrant and feathery, traditionally paired with cooling raita, and there is ample comfort in coconut rice, garlic naan or a cheeky cheese naan. Plant-based plates are far from an afterthought, with eggplant curry and a homely potato and peas curry offering soulful alternatives.

Expect an experience guided by aroma, sizzle and spice—the quiet confidence of a kitchen cooking what it knows and loves. Gather friends, follow the fragrance, and let Shahi Aroma do the talking, one delicious mouthful at a time.
