Sail into "The Hold," where Sydney's vibrant pulse meets love for the high seas, all in the heart of Manly. Here, the spirit of adventure doesn’t just live in the tales of pirates and explorers—it’s woven into every bite of their gourmet burgers and zesty tacos.

Tucked away in an urban treasure cove, The Hold invites you to moor for a while in an ambience that reflects both the rustic charm of a ship's galley and the contemporary chic of a modern Sydney eatery. The decor is a playful tribute to nautical adventures, adorned with maritime relics that each tell their own story. It's the ideal place to secure yourself for an indulgent meal.

Kick off with the "Sailboat" burger, where classic flavours steer the course of taste. For those seeking an adventure, "The Blue Beards Slow Boat" delivers a bounty of jalapeño jam, stilton blue cheese, and caramelised onions, a chest of flavours not for the faint of heart. The "Long John Silvers" option offers a pescatarian twist with a tempura fish delight, and "Nueva Espana" presents a Southern fried chicken journey with chipotle aioli—each proudly leading in flavour.

Taco lovers will delight in the "Chipotle Chicken Tacos," a blend of spice and zest that combines the heat of jalapeño jam with the freshness of cucumber, showcasing The Hold's talent for flavour fusion.

And what's a ship without its barrels? The Hold presents drinks selections as rich as its culinary offerings. Whether it's "Tequila Tuesdays," the beverages flow as freely as the ocean tides, featuring expertly crafted cocktails that perfectly complement your dining experience.

Sail toward a dining outing where every bite is an exploration, and each meal feels like an exploration. The Hold isn’t merely a place to visit; it’s a departure point for a flavorful adventure that echoes the call of the ocean. Drop anchor, rally your mates, and let the flavours guide you to an epic night.
