In the heart of Parramatta, Lola Cocina Spanish Restaurant brings the warmth of Northern Spain to Greater Western Sydney. Elegant crystal chandeliers and polished hardwood accents set a timeless scene, while a welcoming team guides guests with effortless charm. It's the kind of room made for lingering, where conversation flows, and the promise of paella and tapas hangs deliciously in the air.

The kitchen celebrates bold, sunlit flavours using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Little plates open brightly, from ceviche lifted with lime and Spanish salsa to smoked salmon tartare with capers and avocado.

The tapas lean generous and rustic: think grass-fed beef eye fillet with chimichurri or crispy pork belly balanced by apple jam and a cherry gastrique. Salads also nod to the Mediterranean, featuring a classic Caesar layered with jamón, parmesan and a soft-boiled egg.

Sharing is the heartbeat here, with tables coming together over a spread of vibrant à la carte tapas, while paella stars in a duo: the traditional Paella Serrana and the seafood-laden Paella de Marisco.

Heartier plates follow, from Iberian BBQ pork ribs to Spanish-style lamb shanks slow-cooked in a deep, aromatic gravy, before sweet endings of Churros con Chocolate and Crema Catalana.

Settle in, savour every bite, and feel a little flamenco in your step - book your spot and let the moment dance!
