Awesome little bar with delicious food! Barramundi tacos were incredible, so were the Arancini balls and the kids devoured the burgers! Very laid back. Staff were friendly and the location was handy to King Street Wharf! Will definitely dine again!

As it’s name suggests it’s small & buzzing. Outdoor option as well which we took. Food I’d say was good quality bar food. Service prompt & staff friendly. Would return.

I really enjoyed Small Bar. Such a cute little bar with a really cool vibe. The tacos were delicious and we were there during happy hour so my glass of bubbles tasted even better at only $5! Thanks so much for a lovely evening.

A group of 4 of us booked a table on the lovely upstairs balcony. The staff were super friendly and suggested we put a tab down for food. We ordered the $10 taco boards, burgers and a few share plates. The food was all delicious but the stand-out was the cauliflower hot “wings”. Happy hour for wine & beer between 5-7pm was a huge plus too. We will definitely return.

Funky venue, nice drinks/food. Fish tacos, buffalo wings, waffle fries all nice. Arancini balls a little bland. Would return. Great spot for a few drinks/nibbles with friends.

Cosy bar, good for a casual date although it can get messy if you order chicken wings or tacos. Pretty good food—we especially enjoyed the barramundi tacos. The halloumi salad was huge! Great value.

Great food and the atmosphere is the best inside the bar, personally recommend the grilled barramundi tacos, must try item!

Small bar is a perfect spot to meet friends after work for drinks and dinner. The food is always delicious and caters for types of foodies, gluten-free, veggie or the meat eaters. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great.

Really good experience at the small bar, as soon as we arrived we were greeted and shown our reservation. Such a good bar to catch up with people as it’s not too busy or crowded

Even though it was happy hour the bar staff were making sure that standards were kept by polishing the wine glasses prior to pouring wine and when my friend forgot to mention first table and was charged the full amount they were quick to act and gave him back the difference.

Great spot with relaxed vibes. Cosy tables and simple but tasty menu. We had burgers, calamari, tacos and a halloumi salad. Loved the barramundi tacos and vegan black bean tacos.

Nice and cosy venue located in the heart of CBD. Delicious tacos and arancini, great drinks deals plus friendly and helpful staff will make me come back soon to this beautiful spot.

What a fabulous find Small Bar is ! We were greeted so warmly by the lovely staff and got a great seat in the window. We were a group of 3 and loved everything we ordered. The highlights were - Beef Brisket Tacos, Fish Tacos and the Maple Burger but.... those Waffle Fries are just something else, I have been dreaming of them ever since- ha ha ha. Also, great cocktails and they had a stunning Pinot Grigio on the Menu called Block 50. We are already planning our return visit !!!

I've been to Small Bar heaps of times and always enjoyed it. This time, though,I was a little disappointed with where our table was. You would think reservations would get priority in the main bar area. We were upstairs and our table was right below the air con so it was freezing,we ended up sitting outside which was ok,except that we kept getting blocked out by others sitting in front of the door. It's annoying having to walk down the steep stairs for food and drink,there wasn't much atmosphere either upstairs. Next time will definitely ask to be seated in the main bar area. As always though, the food was excellent, great portion sizes and good value for money. I will go back.

Small bar is really small !! But so lovely - food and staff were amazing !

Small Bar is a hidden gem! Would have walked right past it's entrance. It's got a charming vibe, prompt staff and the food was amazing! You can easily fill up on the small bar items (let alone the rest of the menu) with its generous servings and check out their daily specials for great savings. Extremely satisfied with service and food! I look forward to coming back with more friends.

Really enjoyed Small Bar! Small bar with a big atmosphere. The food was great, I would recommend the chorizo bites and any of the burgers. Really good service and a decent playlist as well! Happy hour until 7 makes it extremely good value. I would definitely return and recommend!

Just average really, nothing to shout about. Bit annoying that they 'forgot' about a large group booking, so we had to share a table....

Our group came in yesterday for dinner and drinks and was not disappointed. Service was prompt and food came out in no time. Their happy hour shiraz was perfect for the cooler weather. Will definitely be back again.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and experience at small bar on easter Monday. My friend and I booked a first table for the city venue, and when we arrived unfortunately there had been an admin error and the venue was closed. Not ten minutes later as we were looking for an alternate place to dine, the owner of Small Bar, Chris, called me to apologise profusely for the inconvenience - and following this offered to pay for a taxi for us to go to the other venue in Kirribilli, AND gave us a free (lovely) bottle of wine on top of the first table discount!!! Of course we took him up on the offer, the staff at the venue were absolutely lovely and accommodating and the food and bar itself were both fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to have dinner, snacks or even just drinks. Will definitely be in to try the city venue another time :)
