Penny's Hotel combines a rich historic atmosphere with a warm and cosy environment. Drawing inspiration from its heritage, Penny's always provides a vibrant mix of cocktails, sport on the big screen, local bands and steak nights, making it a prime locale for both dining and socialising.

Penny's Hotel's highly trained chefs serve all the classics and pub favourites, from mouth-watering burgers, schnitzel, mac 'n' cheese balls, pizza and more. A curated cocktail menu ensures all the latest crazes and some old-school classics are always available, and sport is always on the big screen; Go and celebrate the next big win at Sydney's newest favourite social hub.

In the 1900's, one who called Potts Point home, was a young lady of the night going by the name of Penny, who was forced into her vocation by homelessness. Penny plied her trade on the curb of what is now known as Penny's Lane. The money Penny made was quickly spent on assisting those in need, especially the homeless, and was instrumental in creating a homeless community in Bourke Street Park. Penny left her profession to concentrate on helping the homeless and her community, she would be the first to volunteer for any task and did so until her death. The only salute to this golden heart is the laneway on which the venue sits.

Visit the historical Penny's Hotel,, and meet with friends in a relaxed setting, celebrate the next big win on the big screen, abide by a sense of community and let the good times roll at this hometown watering hole.

Close your eyes take a sip and let the world go round. They can't wait to welcome you to Penny's, the people's Pub of Potts Point!
