In the vibrant heart of Sydney, FIGO serves relaxed Italian dining with a traditional yet refined touch. The open kitchen sets the tone - there's a gentle hum, the clatter of pans and the comforting promise of handcrafted pasta.

Seasonality guides the extensive antipasti spread. Begin with burrata del giorno, an artisan Pugliese-style cheese matched to the moment, or porchetta Romana, slow-roasted pork belly brightened with fennel. Flavours are clean and generous - the kind that'll invite another bite and a longer conversation.

Beyond the starters, pasta's treated with reverence: pappardelle della nonna ribbons into Sardinian pecorino , while spaghetti all'aragosta brings lobster, cherry tomatoes and a rich, savoury gloss.

Follow the aromas to the secondi, where the cotoletta alla Milanese gives tender veal ribeye a crisp, golden crumb coat, perfectly paired with fresh rocket and parmigiano.

For a sweet conclusion, the signature Figo tiramisu or a slice of torta nocciola e cioccolato awaits , though lingering over the premium cheese selection with house-made marmalade, honey and Sardinian carasau bread is equally tempting.

Make a date and let FIGO twirl your meal with a playful Italian flourish!
