In the heart of bustling Sydney, Thomas St. Kitchen & Bar is a contemporary restaurant with modern furnishings and friendly, attentive service.

As part of The Ascott, Sydney Central Hotel, they're perfectly positioned in Haymarket for lunch or dinner before or after exploring the city.

For lunch, try a classic club sandwich with chicken, bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, mayo and chips on white or wholemeal bread or a Caesar salad with poached eggs and anchovy dressing.

At dinner, the menu expands with tasty tapas like garlic naan with moong dal hummus and turmeric oil and fish tacos with tempura battered flathead and pickled aioli. Mains include grain-fed beef, house smoked salmon with a Niçoise salad as well as vegan options like the broad bean risotto.

Don't miss out on dessert, scoring a toffee-infused banoffee pie or a delectable peanut butter brûlée. Veggies, vegans and gluten-free are all catered for at Thomas St. Kitchen & Bar, so no one has to miss out.

The drinks list is top quality and includes the expected cocktails, spirits and wines.
