Bar Morris invites you to indulge in an intimate and luxurious dining experience at its 40-seat Italian wine bar and restaurant in Sydney’s vibrant CBD. Step through its 1930s steel-framed glass doors into a world of moody lighting, classic furnishings, and curated local artwork—an atmosphere that effortlessly shifts between decadence and tranquillity, from day to night.

Their menu is a thoughtful take on classic Italian staples, blending familiar comfort with unexpected flavours and textures. Start with fresh antipasti featuring marinated olives, artisanal cheeses, and premium cured meats. Each bite offers a taste of tradition, elevated with a modern touch.

For something more satisfying, the eggplant involtini is a perfect balance of flavour and indulgence, rolled with spinach and ricotta in a rich tomato sauce. The Morris Lasagna is a timeless classic, layering slow-cooked meat with velvety béchamel. Seafood lovers will savour the Skull Island prawns, bathed in fragrant herbs and lemon butter, delivering a taste of the coast in every bite.

Pair your meal with a carefully curated wine, from bold reds to crisp whites, or explore their handcrafted cocktails, each sip as artful as the dishes. At Bar Morris, every visit is an invitation to slow down, savour, and indulge.
