Cuisine: Asian, Share Plates
Price Point: Mains from $15 - $30

They say that not all who wander are lost and Mr Drifter is a fine example. Bridging the gap between street food across the whole of Asia, this restaurant has discovered something exciting and new with foods of the spice trade.

Introducing Charlie Harrison, the genius and founder of this establishment, who has taken culinary cues from his travels around the world. With every inch of wall space plastered with travel Polaroids, it instils a sense of adventure that runs throughout the decor and crescendos with every delicious bite.

Unleash the traveller within you with their kadai Pakistan chicken, yellow duck curry, Bombay loaded potatoes and pork belly with a refreshing citrus cilantro slaw. If you're watching the waistline, their salads are bursting with Thai and Japanese flavours.

The adventure doesn't stop there! Let your hair down with a chilli mango spritz, orange brulee or bloody Mary. Alternatively, keep it chill with one of their bottled or draught beers.

Finally we managed to get a 'First Table' booking at this new restaurant ('Mr Drifter') & the 4 of us had a fabulous 'Asian-fusion' meal there. The food was great, & very different & unusual. We'd recommend it!
