Amongst the picturesque vineyard at Buller Wines, The Pavilion Restaurant stands as the ultimate culinary destination in Rutherglen.

Appreciate the abundance of Australian produce in dishes like the spinach risotto with seared duck breast, showcasing a real depth of flavour. The Nook Pinot noir pairs beautifully with all the right flavour notes.

The Pavilion’s spring twist on the lamb backstrap is perfect when paired with a glass of the Balladeer Shiraz. This is a truly standout dish, one that we recommend tasting if you get the chance.

Finish your meal with a local favourite, sticky Muscat pudding with Muscat sauce, made with Buller Wine's fine old Muscat, a perfect finish with a glass of muscat.

Next time you're looking for a restaurant that crafts thoughtful dishes with fresh, local produce, why not try The Pavilion at Buller Wines?
