On Melbourne’s Chapel Street, Farro Pizzeria & Bar delivers a vibrant Italian dining experience.

At the heart of the kitchen is a commitment to 100% organic spelt flour, crafted into slow-fermented pizza bases and fresh pastas, with gluten-free options available. Health-conscious yet indulgent, the menu offers a contemporary twist on tradition, guided by high-quality ingredients and time-honoured techniques.

Through careful craft, the dough develops rich depth while the flavours stay bright and balanced. These wholesome dishes pair effortlessly with both robust and lighter tastes, delivering Italian soul food seen through a modern, feel-good lens.

Inside, the vibe is lively and sociable, equally suited to a catch-up with friends or a relaxed date night. The space flexes seamlessly from casual dining to special occasions, with room to host private dining and group gatherings when needed.
