A hip, artsy cafe that is the epitome of Melbourne cool, Haytch is calling artists, brunch addicts and anyone who loves a cheeky bit of latte art to a spot of homemade yum.

Haytch may have made its name through its famous and beloved vanilla slice, but nowadays it's also known for its creative take on brunch and lunch. Beautiful food certainly finds itself in an equally beautiful setting with mesmerising wall art, a quirky bar and homey chalkboards announcing the daily specials. Indeed, Haytch's love for life can be seen everywhere, especially in the presentation of the food that inevitably fills one with joy.

For the brunch lovers, you have a treat in store that goes beyond the regular brunch candidates and offers something different. Here, the big breakfast is graced by chipolata sausages, French toast is topped with pistachio mascarpone and creamy mushrooms welcome a luxurious drizzle of truffle oil and a crumble of Danish feta.

For lunch, it's all about big, comforting burgers. Prime wagyu forms a substantial beef patty with crispy Korean chicken making a soft landing in a fluffy bao bun. Too heavy for lunch? Haytch has got you covered once again with super salads and bowls! Is there anything they can't do?
