Farro ensures you can make a conscious choice when enjoying your favourite Italian treats. Offering pizzas and pasta rich in nutrients, this is Italian food designed for the modern era.

Farro created a contemporary space primed for relaxation and enjoyment in keeping with its modern philosophy. The Richmond location is crisp, uncluttered, and playful. Its communal dining style pairs long booths with bistro tables to make sharing pizza effortless. Oversized lanterns, lush greenery, and whitewashed walls create a revitalising space that hums with activity from noon until night.

The menu proves that conscious eating is delicious. Organic spelt pizzas serve as the main attraction, laden with seasonal vegetables, locally sourced meats, creamy buffalo mozzarella, and herby tomato sauce. White pizzas are also available for those who prefer the toppings to take centre stage.

The kitchen applies a unique twist to pasta using organic spelt. Chefs prepare it fresh daily, topping dishes with slow-cooked lamb ragu, truffle cream, or housemade pistachio pesto. A comprehensive vegan menu offers just as many options, establishing Farro as a leader in making Italian food healthy and accessible.
