The kitchen leans into classic technique with contemporary vibe. House-prepared foie gras; French Onion Soup and duck liver parfait are our regular's favourites. Mains keep up the tempo: confit d’agneau with potato mousseline and a herb crust or maybe canard en deux façons, featuring confit leg and duck breast and a duck à l’orange sauce.

To finish, the vanilla bean crème brûlée—“the classic of the classics”—cracks just so, while a fondant au chocolat pools into caramel with irresistible theatre.
