Trend Cafe and Restaurant Southbank brings a bright, feel-good energy to Melbourne’s riverside. From first light to twilight dinners, the kitchen leans into made-from-scratch signatures and quality produce, turning simple pleasures into something a little special. The welcome's warm, and meals quietly steal the show.

Mornings stir to life with harissa scrambled eggs laced with buffalo mozzarella and sweet cherry tomatoes, or avocado on multigrain with a silky egg and a whisper of smoked salmon.

As the sun climbs, the mood shifts to crisp salads - think a classic Caesar or a Thai beef salad with a sesame seed dressing - and comforting plates like chicken parma with Napoli sauce, pan-seared Atlantic salmon, or twirl-after-twirl of fettuccine carbonara and creamy seafood risotto.

Come evening, Woodfire classics complete the picture, from a timeless Margherita to a hot honey pepperoni number.

A welcoming, community-minded atmosphere anchors the space, where rustic charm and global influences create a relaxed setting for brunches, dinners, gatherings and special events. Drop in to satisfy all-day cravings and discover why this Southbank spot is becoming a favourite meeting place.
