With a focus on local, Victorian winemakers and supplier, Edwin's has made it their mission to shine the spotlight on true Aussie craftsmanship. And their dynamic dining room is putting the glamour back into sustainable dining. Black, sleek and bold, this restaurant is bound to take your breath away. Boasting a 180° crescent glass, Edwin flirts with diners by adding sheer black drapes that partially conceal the outside world. The effect is outstanding. Enjoy the high life from the crescent-shaped leather sofas or a slick bistro table and witness this establishment come into its own when the sun goes down. It has to be seen to be believed.

Such contemporary glamour deserves an equally showstopping micro-seasonal menu. Luckily, Edwin's has hit all the right notes with a seasonal menu incorporating boutique, local suppliers. And it's not just the food that's local, the wine is too. With award-winning vineyards all around, discover new brands and growers from around the corner and raise your glass to Aussie's plentiful lands.

Edwin Wine Bar has been awarded a 2-glass rating by Australian Wine List of The Year 2024 and a Eco Certification by Eco Tourism Australia.
