Farro Pizzeria in South Melbourne brings a fresh breeze to 343 Clarendon Street, right in the heart of the neighbourhood. This brand-new local favourite keeps things simple and sincere, championing slow-fermented sourdough pizza and fresh pasta crafted with spelt flour. It's an Italian kitchen with a light touch and a clear purpose - food that brings joy to the table and leaves you feeling good, seven days a week.

In the oven and on the pass, time and technique do the talking. The sourdough's gentle tang lifts those thin, well-risen bases, while spelt lends a distinctive character to silky ribbons of pasta. Expect bright, clean flavours and thoughtful combinations rather than fuss - honest Italian fare with a modern sensibility, cooked to celebrate the grain and the craft behind it.

The mood's casual and friendly, made for sharing plates and easy conversation. Families, friends and date nights settle in for the kind of meal that lingers, with warm service and an effortless hum that suits any occasion. It's the sort of place where memories are made one slice, one twirl, one laugh at a time.

Gather your favourite people and book a table in South Melbourne. Come for the sourdough, stay for the smiles, and let the good times roll!
