The Budgie Bar is Ringwood’s cocktail destination, a unique converted warehouse bar where good times gather under one roof. In this converted warehouse setting, the focus is squarely on well-made drinks and vibrant flavours, with a menu curated by Hecho en Mexico to keep the mood spirited and sociable.

Behind the bar, the team leans into agave-led classics: a margarita that comes in many moods, from classic and Tommy’s to spicy, passionfruit or cucumber, while an espresso martini is lifted with cold press coffee. There are lagers and ciders on tap for easy sipping, and a considered wine selection that runs from sauvignon blanc to shiraz.

On the plates, Hecho en Mexico brings a lively spread that suits the glass in hand. Crowd-pleasers include fish tachos and Hecho’s famous nachos, alongside bites like chicken flatbread with tomato pesto and onion, or a delicate bresaola carpaccio strewn with roquette and parmesan. It is relaxed, generous fare designed for sharing and lingering.

Whether it is an after-work unwind or a weekend catch-up, The Budgie Bar invites guests to settle in and savour the moment. Book a spot, raise a glass, and let your evening take flight.
