Tucked beside the Budgie Bar in Ringwood, Holly’s Bar & Kitchen is the softer side of a night out: a place to slow down, sip something special and share stories over plates that invite lingering. Inspired by Melbourne’s wine and cocktail bar culture yet proudly suburban at heart, it blends city polish with neighbourhood warmth, where style never crowds out comfort.

In the kitchen, it's all about generous flavour and easy sharing. Start with something to graze, then lean into comfort: sage butter gnocchi is a must-try, truffle fries are hard to resist, and mains span chicken Alfredo (schnitzel with fettuccine) to pork belly with crackling and salsa verde. Sweet tooths will find happiness in white chocolate and raspberry cannoli or its chocolate hazelnut cousin, best chased with a cappuccino or latte.

The bar mixes confident classics with playful twists, from negronis and martinis to creative spritzes and cocktails. There’s also house lager, craft beer and a well-rounded wine list spanning familiar favourites and something a little different.

Make a date, bring your favourite people, and settle in - Holly’s has the good times on tap.
