Noi Pizzeria offers the warmth and vibes of a buzzing family-run restaurant, making guests feel transported to Italy in this memorable space.

Not all pizzerias are built equally, but this Neopolitan haven looks and feels the part. Following centuries-old techniques and imported 00' flour, the result is a soft centre and delectably chewy 'cornicione' (crust). With a selection of pasta, salads, wine and the most indulgent of desserts on the menu, too, Noi has everything you could wish for under one roof.

Matching the earthy and relaxed atmosphere of Noi, meaning 'us' in Italian, blend the skills of traditional Neapolitan pizza making with locally sourced and house-made produce. Their vision culminates in Melbourne's most recognised and highly awarded wood-fired pizza haven.

Start with a classic prosciutto e bufala, a charcuterie board or fried zeppoline, before opting for a decadent pizza rosse - perhaps a classic margherita or the quattro stagioni? That said, why stop there? Maths tells us four times the cheese equals four times the flavour - the quattro formaggi is quite simply a thing of beauty.
