Welcome to Waterfront, Melbourne’s exclusive seafood restaurant with a sunset view.

Perched on Hobsons Bay, Waterfront Port Melbourne invites you to try some of the freshest seafood and Australian cuisine, cooked to perfection by their passionate chefs. Toast the sunset with a sophisticated cocktail (hazelnut espresso martini anyone?), and let their professional team look after you.

Enjoy seared scallops and salted calamari to start, or be blown away by their mains of seafood linguini, oven baked blue eye cod, and chargrilled whole snapper. Or if you don’t fancy fish, try one of their premium cut steaks fresh off the grill, including grain fed Queensland fillet and Angus Porterhouse (marble grade 2).

Naturally, with great food comes great wine, and Waterfront showcases a wonderful selection of Australian vineyards. With fantastic food and a relaxed atmosphere, this exceptional restaurant is the ultimate waterside location for fine dining.
