Just 10 minutes from the CBD, Starward is Melbourne’s renowned urban distillery offering behind-the-scenes tours, guided whisky tastings, and bold cocktails made with our award-winning Australian whisky.

Their signature style benefits from the distinctive flavours and complexity imparted by Australian red wine barrels sourced near (Yarra Valley) and a little further away (Barossa Valley). Starward’s seasonal bar focuses on complementing the whisky with a mix of house and reimagined classic cocktails, cold beers, local wines and tasting flights.

The kitchen answers the call with standouts including the crispy fried chicken with whisky BBQ sauce, classic jaffles and spicy garlic prawns. Keep it casual with the cheese & charcuterie offerings, celebrating Victorian produce before finishing up with a honeycomb affogato.
