As for Nepalese food, a lot of it centres around the grill that is working its magic on whole barramundi, lamb cutlets and chicken leg, all of which are served with rice and fresh vegetables. Other non-vegetarian main courses hunker down with warming curries like chicken masala, their signature goat curry, chilli beef and the authentic meat thali that features Nepalese-style meat served up on a sharing platter.

For vegetarians, they're preparing a whole range of comforting delicacies that include hearty vegetables like sweet potato, pumpkin and cauliflower with the added goodness of black-eyed beans, Asian-style tofu and cottage cheese.
