Ever wondered how the culinary geniuses at Casa Ristorante do it?
On 5th August 2017, the team behind the delicious Italian cuisine at Sydney’s Casa Ristorante Italiano will show you how to make the perfect pizza.
They’ll take you through the origins of pizzas making and review the differences between preparation and cooking techniques (hint: you’re going to want your own wood fire oven after this!)
There will be a demonstration of pizza dough rolling, stretching and spinning. You’ll learn how to match toppings and you’ll get to create your very own wood fire pizza to take home.
