The Wine Room’s excellent new chef, Shane, will be showcasing Australian Regional Cuisine sourcing the best of the best from around our great country.
You'll start with a glass of Tempus Two Platinum Sparkling. There will be five courses through the evening and courses will be paired with regional wines. Bring on the New Year with a toast of Chandon Sparkling and ‘build your own’ pavlovas. Bring your friends and enjoy New Years Eve at The Wine Room.
Five course meal plus glass of Tempus Two Platinum and a glass of Chandon Non Vintage Brut on New Years Eve - $90pp.
