Promotion

Win one prize consisting of a $250 The DOM voucher, a $200 dining voucher, and $50 First Table booking credit.

One winner will be drawn at random from all entries on the competition Instagram reel and entries on this competition webpage for those not on Instagram.

Promotion period

Campaign promotion commences at 09:00 AEST on Tuesday, 9th September, and ends 11:59 AEST on Tuesday, 23rd September. All online entries must be received by the closing time as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via the Instagram reel and First Table's online competition entry form and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The competition must be entered by following @thedom_au and @firsttable on Instagram and tagging a friend you’d love to share this fashion-and-food fun with on the Instagram reel, or by completing the official entry form on this page if you don’t have an Instagram account.

The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted during this Promotional period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

Win one prize consisting of a $250 The DOM voucher for designer fashion purchases and a $200 dining voucher at a local restaurant.

The competition prize also includes a $50 First Table booking credit to cover your next reservation. Dining reservations must be made following availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

The DOM and First Table are not responsible for any costs associated with travel to or from locations.

The winner is responsible for all additional costs incurred during their shopping or dining experience, including but not limited to delivery fees, taxes, tips, or any extras not included in the prize.

Reservations and redemptions are subject to availability, special events, and blackout dates. The prize must be redeemed in one transaction and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The voucher features a unique reference ID, which must be presented when redeeming the experience. Bookings are required and are subject to availability.

The voucher is valid until the expiry date displayed.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 96 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The First Table will provide the necessary information to redeem the dining and booking components of the prize.

All costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to any taxes, delivery fees, or additional expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize cannot be substituted, transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for The DOM and First Table to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
