Promotion

Win one prize consisting of a meal voucher of up to $350 AUD plus a cinema voucher of up to $150 AUD.

Promotion period

Campaign Promotion commences at 9.00 am AEST on Thursday, 18th of June and ends at 11.59 pm AEST on Tuesday, 30th of June 2026. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated. 

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via First Table’s Instagram post or via First Table's online competition entry form on the New Zealand or Australian websites and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of New Zealand and Australia and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by either following @firsttable on Instagram and tagging someone you'd love to share the prize with on our Instagram post, or by completing and submitting this entry form on this page. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted in this Promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

Win one prize consisting of a meal voucher of up to $350 AUD plus a cinema voucher of up to $150 AUD. The restaurant and cinema vouchers must be available for purchase online.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing of the promotion from all entry forms, web and Instagram entrants under the supervision of First Table within 96 hours of the competition ending. The total entries from each competition page (across NZ and Australia, and the total entries from Instagram, will be tallied, and 2 winners will randomly be drawn from this total pool. The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM or email if the winner is from the entry form. First Table shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The Winner will be notified by email, and their prize vouchers will be delivered electronically. The Winner may choose their preferred restaurant and cinema, provided digital vouchers are available for purchase online. The prize must be claimed within one month of the notification date.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
