The atmosphere was great, the lighting of the swimming pool and the fire looked great. The tropical open area and natural surroundings would be great for a romantic dining. The wine choice had a large variety and things to choose from. The food was very unique and exotic as well.

Really fantastic meal, equally matched by the level of service. Would absolutely visit again for another decadent dining experience.

A wonderful night of delicious food and friendly professional service. The location is very tropical and relaxing. We were never rushed and enjoyed our meals which were beautifully presented and described to us in detail as they were served to the table. They even placed a candle on the dessert and sang happy birthday to my husband after I mentioned it was his birthday. We are locals and will definitely go back.

Delicious food and great service. We were given a romantic table overlooking the water feature and lit by candle light. Our meal was well sized and there was a good amount of time between each course. The matched wine was a great addition to the menu and made choosing drinks incredibly easy.
Thank you Temple of Tastes! We will be back!

Excellent service, fine food. Quite a few vegetarian options.

We bucked the trend and decided to nibble our way through a delicate tour of the various fusion flavours in the entree menu. We started with the cobia , a delicate blend of sweet coconut cream and sour citrus was pleasant enough but quickly upstaged by scallops and pork belly. We moved on to prawns bursting with flavour and chased it with beef Tatake which very nearly eclipsed by the epic green papaya and seaweed salad served with it.

The finale of our tapas fare was lamb belly which was equal parts tender and crispy with a side of the truffle mash.

Each mouthful built a crescendo of different flavours which was expertly matched to fine wines.

A must try if you’re in the area and well worth the trip if you are not!

Lovely outdoor dining area near the hotel pool and the food was excellent! We had the Chicken Supreme which was moist, juicy and very tasty. For dessert, the Mango Brulee with coconut ice cream and wattleseed cake was really nice. One of the best meals we had in Palm Cove and highly recommended.

Excellent quality food with generous portions. Many gluten free options available. The pork belly and scallops entree was the standout. Wines on the expensive side. Service was very good.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly by the waiter. The restaurant seating is outside under the cover . The ambience is serene and very upmarket. It reminded me a restaurant we dined in Bali. For the entree we ordered gnocchi to share and the texture and the taste of the dish was superb . For the main we both had salmon and it was also very delishious and properly cooked. Oooo and the restaurant that serves complimentary bread before the meal even starts gets 19 points from me. The only little suggestion I will make is for the bread to be house made and whole grain. The bread that we were served tasted as store bought . Otherwise , a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our second ‘first table’ at Temple of Tastes, very happy with service and food. Would like a couple more mains vegetarian/vegan options on the menu (rather than having to ask) since there is only gnocchi...but the gnocchi was very tasty and beautifully presented.

After a not so perfect dining experience a few days prior, we reluctantly tried again as we were staying at the resort and it was just so convenient. Pleased to say we thoroughly enjoyed this dinner, with good food and wine. We appreciated the complimentary bread rolls, and our mains were lovely, just could have done with some more vegetables to add to the few on the plate.
